Ready to relax & unwind in beautiful & comfortable surroundings then look no further than our villa, in a much sought after location, just 3 miles from the entrance to Disney, so close that from the sundeck area you can look across & see the "Tree of Life" at DISNEY Animal Kingdom, in the evening I love the fact that you can sit at the side of your very own heated pool* with a nice glass of wine & watch the firework display light up the sky at DISNEY'S Magic Kingdom Castle!! our villa puts you really close to the Magic of it all!
We have taken great care in decorating & furnishing the home to a very high standard, it is set in a peaceful, quiet rural complex & it has it's own children's play areas, putting green, tennins courts & basketball sports area, also for those energetic souls there is a jogging circuit around one of the lakes. Indian Creek is an ideal base, due to its superb location it is virtually on Disney’s doorstep - you just can’t get much closer than this! And only about 25 minutes away from Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World & Aquatica water park & especially for the serious shoppers amongst you, about 25 mins from world famous Designer Outlets!
You would not have managed any of this if you had booked a motel - & this is a lot cheaper........"
Our air conditioned villa is on a development of new rental homes, comprising of 2 Master bedrooms, one has a sumptuous en-suite with large double shower, King-size Heart shaped corner bath & "his & hers" wash basins, Cable TV, phone & French doors which look onto the extended sun deck area which surrounds the large 30 ft heated* pool. (*optional payment)
The 2nd Master bedroom also has a full en-suite with bath & shower, Cable TV, VCR & Radio, then a twin bedroom with walk-in wardrobes, near this room is a single French door out to the pool area & then a final bedroom which has a Triple bunk bed, with a double bed at the bottom & a single bed on top, this is great for the children!, in here the kids have their very own Cable TV, DVD player & XBox, these 2 rooms share a bathroom which has a full bath & shower.
From the lounge there are double French doors looking onto the Lanai (covered porch area) we found at night this is a perfect place to have your evening meal or read a book. The sundeck area has been extended in length by 14ft & made 6ft wider at each side, for your added comfort you can relax in the Florida sunshine on one of the 6 soft furnished sun lounges. For the children's safety all the doors have exit alarms on them & there is a pool safety fence erected for any very young children, we have made available at no extra charge a babies high chair for meal times, a pushchair (stroller) for baby at birth to about 4 years, a travel cot (crib) & in the garage there is a booster seat which is ok for upto age 7 years, these are all free to use during your holiday.
