Enjoy the relaxing view of swaying palm trees against a scenic mountain backdrop. The modern 1088 square foot floor plan places the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room. The open kitchen & dining area and nine foot ceilings throughout create a feeling of space and openness.
The unit features brand new carpet and natural hardwood floors for 2009, along with new paint color scheme & upholstery. Can sleep up to four comfortably with a queen and two twin-size beds.
The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain three pools with three spas, and tennis and basketball courts, along with public barbecue areas and pool restrooms with showers.
Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius. There are two major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation.
The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

Payment Major credit card, electronic check/bank draft, travelers checks & money order/cashier's check are accepted for payment. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. All electronic payments will incur a small but refundable processing fee.
Deposit A booking/security deposit of 25% ($250 minimum) is required at the time of booking and is fully refundable upon check-out. Rental payment in full is due two weeks prior to occupancy.
Cancellation In the event of cancellation, the above 25% deposit is refundable yet subject to a cancellation charge according to the following schedule: Up to 6 months prior to check-in date: no charge (entire deposit refunded) 6 to 3 months prior: 25% charge 3 to 1 months prior: 50% charge less than one month: 100% (entire deposit forfeited)
Fees & Taxes Cleaning Fee: $75 for one week or $100 up to one month; $150 for longer (all taxes included). |
